Add Video icon

If you have trouble seeing the add video in your posting it is because you must change the new edit to old edit. Begin by going to your blogger page, click dashboard, click settings, scroll down to the bottom, select old edit, save. You should see the add video icon to download videos. I am doing this but my computer just keeps processing it and never download the video. I tried to change to other medias but they will not do as well. Could anyone let me know how to fix this?
